British Line Security Services provides security system design, installation, maintenance, and consultancy services including but not limited to CCTV systems, access control, fire alarm systems, networking infrastructure, fiber optics, and smart building solutions. All services are subject to individual service agreements and project-specific terms.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of British Line Security Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Our website and services are provided 'as is' without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. While we strive to keep information accurate and up-to-date, we make no representations about the completeness or accuracy of the content.
British Line Security Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
All projects are governed by a separate Project Agreement that outlines scope, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and warranty conditions. Project Agreements supersede these general terms where applicable. Standard payment terms are 30% mobilization, 40% on milestone completion, and 30% on project handover.
British Line provides a standard 12-month warranty on all installed systems, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Extended warranty options are available upon request. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or force majeure events.
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of a project.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Doha, Qatar.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
